Our company was founded by Mr. Nobat Ram Jha under the name M/s Imperial Metal Works in 1912 in Aligarh. The company used to serve the British Empire with locks and tent hardware and had 17 patents at that time. Later, the company was guided by Mr. Vishwas Nath Jha, who has 33 years of working experience with several overseas companies. Presently, we are owned by Mr. Sanjay Jha, who has helped our company reach the zenith of the industry.
